My first official album: My Heart Was Broken was released exactly a year ago today (1st September 2020).

During the last 12 months, my music has been played in over 50 countries including USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Philipines, Malaysia, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Belgium, Mexico, Peru, Qatar, India, Argentina, Singapore, Latvia, Guatemala, Portugal, Croatia, Ireland, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Zimbabwe, Romania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Switzerland, Kuwait, Czechia, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Trinidad & Tobago, Estonia, Norway, France, Taiwan, Lebanon, Denmark, Bulgaria, Japan, Russia, Israel, South Africa, Cambodia, Ukraine.

Over the last year, I’ve had more than 60K streams in the USA alone. I also released eleven albums of music I recorded during the mid-to-late 1990s. I have also released twenty-five new tracks this year so far.

I want to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to every single person who has watched, liked, streamed, bought, or taken the time to listen to my music.

Here are a few photos of my old studio set-up used around the time of recording. All based around an Atari ST computer sequencing synths over MIDI (this is years before plugins or computer audio was a thing – certainly not unless you had racks full of Akai samplers!).

At the time I was working as many hours as possible at three jobs and regularly scoured the second-hand listings in the local papers to buy a lot of this equipment. I shouldn’t have sold the EMS Polysynthi though……..that was a mistake!
